The new heat pump seems to be working great
7/2/2026 I had a new Lennox heat pump installed. The original appointment with the maintenance guy, Viktor D, came out and inspected my old unit that had stopped working. He took pictures and explained in great detail how I needed a new unit. Temperature outside in 100鈥檚 while I waited with no air conditioning. So hot in my house. They helped me by installing a small air conditioning unit that fit through my window until the new unit was installed. I had to wait a couple weeks while it was ordered. That window unit really helped me with that heat so high until the new unit was installed. Maintenance guy back to my house again today (7/30) to help me understand the thermostat better. The new heat pump seems to be working great. That was so nice. I鈥檓 very happy with them. I鈥檒l have 2 maintenance guys back out to inspect under the house the next year, now included in the price. Viktor D so nice. I鈥檓 pleased with company.

Patrick Holland came to my home and identified the source of a leak in the A/C unit in my attic. He worked very hard to clear up the problem. He did a great job in explaining the issue to me. He was also very courteous and professional.
They Came Out Promptly
I called them for a broken water heater, and they came out promptly. Our technician Brooke was very easy to work with. The only surprise was that there was a service call charge that was not mentioned when I initially made the appointment.

Patrick came out to service my scheduled HVAC. He found issues, identified them through video, still photos, and physical observation with me. Recommendations were discussed to correct the findings. Follow-up with the findings by authorized company personnel concluded the 12-year-old HVAC system needs to be replaced. Install scheduled for 6/9/26. Looking forward to seeing the installation completion tomorrow.
Technicians Are Professional and Courteous
First, the technicians are professional and courteous. They did an excellent job with a recent inspection, finding a leak, and replacing a coil. No complaints there, system running a lot better and truly grateful before hitting NC summer.
Some noted improvements, at least from my experience:
1. Communication and scheduling: I had 2 cancellations, one due to priority as mine was just originally an inspection and the other the technician had a family emergency. Both understandable, but I never got a call. I felt like this would be a situation of calling, not sending an email, which I check once a day at most.
2. Non-related service selling: The water heater was not the concerning service, but it was noted by both technicians for age and rust. While I appreciate the concerns, my 2002 Silverado is old with some rust, but I don't feel it's a major concern, surely not getting rid of it.

He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my HVAC system issue and had the replacement part on his vehicle and had it repaired in a short period of time. They Took Care of the Repair at No Cost
I had another Lennox dealer who installed my 15-month-old unit come to diagnose a problem, and they found the defective part and said it was manufactured wrong, so the warranty would cover it but not the labor and Freon replacement for a total of $2,300. I said no way if the error was caused by Lennox. So I contacted two other Lennox dealers for a second opinion, and 果冻传媒 called me back in less than 12 hours and said they would take care of the repair at no cost to me. WOW! They came, fixed it, and solved my problem. Can't say enough good things about Will and his guys. I highly recommend them.
